Enrollment is NOW OPEN for all In-Boundary Students for the 2025-2026 School Year.

Information & Documents Needed for Enrollment
- A certified copy of the pupil’s birth certificate; an affidavit explaining the inability to provide a copy of the birth certificate. (A.R.S. §15-828)
- Current immunization records
- Proof of residency (Arizona Residency Documentation/Affidavit of Shared Residence or Formulario de Documentación de Residencia en Arizona/Declaración Jurada de Residencia Compartida)
- Parent/Guardian identification
- Withdraw form (If previously enrolled in an Arizona school)
- Guardianship/Custody documentation (if applicable)
