Community Education News
As we begin preparing for the upcoming 2026–27 school year, we are excited to share important information regarding the registration and enrollment process for Early Learning Programs in the Scottsdale Unified School District. This overview is designed to help families understand key timelines, expectations, and next steps as they prepare to enroll their students.
Early Learning | Pre School - PreK
SUSD offers tuition-based programs for Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten (Pre-K). Throughout our preschool and Pre-K programs, certified and licensed teachers provide developmentally appropriate curriculum tailored to each child, ultimately preparing them for Kindergarten.
Enrichment Zone
Enrichment Zone provides students with creative opportunities for after the school day enrichment classes that create a desire to learn. Classes are offered throughout the year and provided from several local vendors. Our classes allow students to explore activities that interest them outside of the regular school day.
Kids Club offers before and after school child care at participating schools. SUSD Kids' Club is licensed through the Arizona Department of Health Services.
Students are greeted each day by qualified child care specialists who facilitate activities that may include: arts and crafts, active group games, sports, team-building exercises, science, technology and supervised homework time. Snacks are served every day.
